Dove First Non-fail Manip! :O

I did my first manip on a horse and I transfered it from pretty grassland to a snow forest! ;D I'm really proud of it even though most of you could do waaaay better! Haha, don't be too hard on it XD I know it's a little rough on the edges. Anyways here is the before and after:

Pretty dove! My first manip i did on MS Paint, so it really sucked. What program did you use?
One tip i'mma gonna say- try and make the horse match the background with colours- for this one perhaps brighten the horse and pump up the contrast? The picture you used might not be so easy.
Anyway- really great! Well done <3

Thanks Dex! I used GIMP. I just finally figured out how to cut out images like the horse XD
