The Towering Tree The tall, towering Redwood sits in the middle. It large trunk and huge roots have many places for small critters to nest and hide. It's trunk is as wide as two horses and it's height is uncomparable. The top has a huge display of branches that soar into a huge canopy. The area around is filled with large trees such as broad-leaf maples, other younger redwoods, and many other species of dicidous trees. But, not one can compare to the ancient redwood at the center of the forest. Moderator: Dove |

The Forest's Graveyard Here is the creepiest of places throughout the entirety of DWD. The Forest's Graveyard is the hearth of the fire that whipped though the forest. This place has burnt and semi-fossilized trees covering over two acres of land, it is a place where nothing will ever grow, sometimes it is said the spirits that lost their lives during the great fire wander this place, perhaps you can find out if that is the truth or not. Come, if you dare. |
