Well I've gotten photo editing on my computer again, and I was wondering if anyone would like to maybe give me a couple lessons/tutoring on making manips or tables? 
The photo software I have on my computer are GIMP and Picasa 3. I have no idea what the Picasa program is, but I have used GIMP to do manips before and can show you the previous manips xD
